The 30-Day
Feel Better Sprint
For the woman who wants to feel better but is too tired and too overwhelmed to figure out how.
We begin Monday, September 21 · Founding price $97
The shift
Stop designing your day around what you have to do.
Start designing it around how you want to feel.
That's the whole idea, and it sounds small until you actually do it for thirty days. You have probably already read the books. You may have been to therapy. And still you wake up tired, replaying things you cannot change, waiting to feel ready before you do something that might actually change your life.
This is not more awareness. It is movement. Small, doable, daily — because feeling better does not come from thinking. It comes from being intentional and taking action.
Why I built it
I did this Sprint myself first.
When I started, I rated calm, hopeful, and like myself at twos and threes. Thirty days later, those numbers were nines and tens.
My circumstances did not magically become perfect. Nothing about my situation resolved itself. What changed was the way I was living inside it — and I could prove it, because I had written it all down.
You can be happier than you ever imagined without everything turning out the way you thought it would.
What a day looks like
About ten minutes, split morning and night.
Morning · five minutes
You decide how you want the day to feel, then find one place on the calendar you already have to bring that feeling into. Plus a short reflection and one small action you can finish.
Evening · five minutes
You rate how the day actually felt. You look back at it the way you would with your best friend — honest, not harsh. And you name three glimmers. Three is enough.
That is the whole method. Most of us design a day around what has to get done. You are going to design yours around how you want it to feel — and then check, every night, whether it went that way. The evening half is the part almost every program skips, and it is the reason this one works.
A taste of it
Day 3: bet on the worry.
Take the worry that has been loudest this week. Now decide how much of your own money you would put down — between zero and a hundred dollars — that it actually happens.
Almost nobody bets high. And that gap, between how much room the worry takes up and how much you would truly wager on it, is where peace starts.
That is one morning out of thirty.
What you get
Everything you need and nothing extra.
- The printed workbookThirty days, four weekly focuses, and two integration days. You print it and write in it with a pen, because the point is to put the thought somewhere other than your head.
- A voice message from me each weekFour across the thirty days, setting up what we are working on. Five or six minutes on a Sunday night, and nothing else lands in your inbox.
- Nothing to attendNo calls, no videos to catch up on, no group chat at ten at night. A workbook, a pen, and one message a week.
- Your before and afterOn day one you rate six feelings. On day thirty you rate them again, side by side, in your own handwriting. That difference is your evidence.
What we measure
Feelings, not output.
Most of us have been trained to measure productivity, likes, and how our lives look on paper. This workbook quietly flips that. We pay attention to how you felt while you lived it.
And it is not about perfect. Some days you will do every part. Some days you will do five minutes. Both count. Missing a day does not mean you failed — you pick it back up the next morning.

Join the September group
$97
Founding price for this first group. It goes to $147 after.
We begin Monday, September 21. Enrollment closes Sunday, September 20 at midnight, because the daily messages are keyed to a start date and I want everyone moving together.
You will get the workbook to print immediately, and your first voice message the night before we begin.
What if I miss a day?
You pick it up the next morning. This is not a streak you can break, and that is built into the design on purpose.
Are there calls I have to show up for?
None. That is deliberate. You are busy, and a scheduled call you cannot make is one more thing to feel behind on. You get a workbook and four voice messages, and nothing on your calendar.
Do I have to print it?
I would like you to. Writing by hand is doing part of the work. But you can fill it in digitally if that is what will actually get done.
Is this therapy?
No, and it is not a replacement for it. This is a coaching workbook about daily design. If you are working with a therapist, this sits alongside that just fine.
What happens after the thirty days?
You will have a page showing where you started and where you landed, and a clear read on which conditions make a day feel like yours. If you want to keep going, the full Now What? program picks up from there.
She did not move because she felt ready.
She felt ready because she kept moving.
