The 30-Day Happiness Sprint

You're in. Let's start.

Everything for your thirty days lives on this page. Save it somewhere you'll find it again, then press play.

Start here

Three things, then Day 1.

  1. Print your workbook and find a pen you like

Your download is in the order email you got when you bought. Save the file to your computer the first time you open it.

  2. Do the starting point page

Two minutes. You'll rate six feelings from 1 to 10: calm, light, connected, capable, hopeful, and like yourself. Low numbers aren't a problem. They're the starting line.

  3. Then do Day 1

"Name what you're carrying." A few minutes in the morning, a few at night. Five minutes at the least, twenty at the most.

Two rules. This is not about perfect: if you miss a day, pick up the next one. And we measure feelings, not outputs.

Your weekly videos

One for the start of each new week.

Week 1 starts with the welcome video. If you asked for my emails at checkout, I'll send you the next three on Days 8, 15 and 22. Either way, they're always right here.

Day 8 · Week 2

Reduce the overwhelm

Simplify. Choose. Put down what's not yours.

Day 15 · Week 3

Reconnect with yourself

Remember who you are under the roles you play.

Day 22 · Week 4

Take real steps forward

Small, visible movement. Proof you can.

On Day 30

Look at your numbers.

Fill in your feelings dashboard and put your Day 1 numbers next to your Day 30 numbers. The difference is your evidence.

Then write your new definition of a good day. That's the page to keep.

And tell me which feeling grew the most. Reply to any of my emails. I read every one, and I really want to know.

You don't need to feel ready to begin. You begin, and then you feel ready.
